Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing full desktop support on client’s side in 2nd line User support in Chinese, French and English
  • Desktop software installation, debugging and configuration
  • Mobile phone software installation, configuration, debugging and troubleshooting
  • 2nd level hardware maintenance, such as laptop, desktop, spare parts management and replacement service
  • Maintenance and replacement of peripherals’ accessories hardware, incl. Printers, fax machines, scanners, projectors, etc.
  • Routine inspection of printing equipment, video conference room, server room and configuration, troubleshooting
  • Equipment fault handling - System hardware or network problems handling
  • Air condition and UPS routine maintenance in server room, coordinating with and monitoring the vendor to technical support and maintain
  • Wireless network fault handling, the quality test of wireless network, whether having blind spots, delay, switch, etc.)
  • Dedicated network line fault handling, dedicated network warning, tracking and detecting (on-off, delay, switch etc.), assisting in testing and repairing network line fault
  • Fault handling and maintenance of Access Control System, Monitoring System, and Attendance System.
  • Report to Chinese speaking IT Manager


Job requirements:

  1.  Bachelor degree or above in computer related major, fluent English communication skills, knowledge of Chinese is a plus
  2.  More than 1 year Python development experience, with good code style and development habits
  3. Have a good sense of responsibility, service awareness, teamwork spirit and psychological endurance
  4. Have good communication skills and have a certain affinity

Arbeitszeiten:

  • 8-Stunden-Tag / 40-Stunden-Woche
  • Montag bis Freitag
  • Tagschicht


Ausbildung:

  • Bachelor (Wünschenswert)


Berufserfahrung:

  • IT: 1 Jahr (Erforderlich)
  • Support: 1 Jahr (Wünschenswert)


Sprache:

  • Chinese (wünschenswert)
